2. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks.
3. Products and Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice. We strive to provide accurate pricing, but errors may occur. If we find an error in pricing, we may cancel your order and provide a full refund.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders above £30!. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. GlöUup is not responsible for delays due to customs or other unforeseen circumstances. Fast shipping usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive once order is shipped and standard shipping usually takes 5-8 business days to arrive once order is shipped.
5. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 90-day money back guarantee in case your product happens to be faulty upon arrival. If your Return Request is accepted, you will have to cover the cost of sending the accepted product back to us in exchange for a replacement or refund. The product must not be used. Because we can’t guarantee that our razors have not been used once they're out of our hands, we're not able to accept returns for them (unless as mentioned, in the unlikely event that they arrive damaged). Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. We hold no responsibility and therefore do not accept any refund requests due to placing orders to be delivered to the wrong address.
6. Subscriptions
By subscribing to any of our products/offers, you agree to being charged automatically after the specified time period when your new order will be sent out to you. You can cancel your subscription anytime by emailing us the word "CANCEL" as the subject of the email, followed by which subscription you would like to cancel. Once charged, we do not have the capacity to accept return or refund requests for subscriptions which were left active by accident. However we are more than happy to cancel your subscription from the moment you let us know by email that you would like your subscription to be terminated and you will not be charged again thereon after. 8. Limitation of Liability
GlöUup is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
10. Guarantee
We absolutely do not GUARANTEE that any of our products will completely prevent or heal strawberry legs, razor bumps, ingrown hairs, rashes, irritation, cuts or nicks. As with ANY razor (especially) there is always a chance that these can always occur. We simply state that our products have helped a lot of customers combat the issues stated above and if used correctly our products can, in many cases, be beneficial if struggling with any of the issues mentioned above.
11. Cancellation
We only accept cancellations if the cancellation request has been made within the first hour of placing your order DURING WEEK DAYS (9am-5pm UK time). If this is the case, then we will be more than happy to issue you a full refund. If you request for your order to be cancelled in exchange for a refund after an hour has passed after placing your order, your request will be refused.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our website after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
