5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on faulty or damaged shaving products. Refunds are only granted for unused items and must comply with hygiene standards.
To qualify:

  • Submit a return request to our support team

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Refunds are not accepted for:

  • Used razors (due to hygiene regulations)

  • Orders sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Missing items must be reported within 14 days of delivery to qualify for replacement.

Our GlöUup™ Safety Razor is a precision tool designed for a different shaving experience compared to standard disposable or cartridge razors. As with any safety razor, proper technique is essential and may take time to master. For this reason, we are unable to accept refund requests based on:

  • Cuts, nicks, rashes, irritation, or similar reactions experienced during or after use

  • Lack of desired results or personal dissatisfaction with performance

  • Difficulty adjusting to the razor or perceived learning curve

We strongly recommend reviewing our usage and care guides before using the product to ensure a safe and effective shaving experience.

GlöUup™ holds no responsibility for any harm or injury caused by misuse, improper technique, or failure to follow instructions. We cannot guarantee individual results, as shaving outcomes vary by skin type, hair type, and user skill.

The GlöUup™ Razor is NOT to be used by any person under the age of 18 years. Keep out of children's reach! GlöUup™ hold no responsibility for any injuries or unpleasant experiences using the GlöUup™ Razor. 

We also do not accept refund requests for damage or degradation caused by improper care. Our razors are made with high-quality materials but must be cleaned and stored properly to prevent erosion or rusting. If we request images of the razor and determine, at our sole discretion, that care instructions were not followed, we reserve the right to decline the refund request.

6. Subscriptions

By subscribing to any recurring offer, you agree to automatic billing. You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Emailing us with subject line "CANCEL" and your order number

Once charged, subscriptions are non-refundable unless cancellation was requested before renewal.

We accept cancellations if requested within 1 hour of placing your order (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm UK time). Outside of this window, cancellations are not guaranteed.

Refunds exclude shipping costs once the order has been dispatched.

Refund Limitations

  1. Expired Guarantee Window
    Refund requests submitted more than 90 days after the delivery date are not eligible.

  2. Repeat Orders

  3. Opened Packaging Without Valid Concern

If you subscribe to SHE-LAJIT™, you will be billed at regular intervals. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
To cancel:

Refunds are not issued for subscriptions that have already renewed.
